Tracy Donnelly

I began my career in mortgages shortly after my graduation from the University of Toronto.  During that engagement I worked with 4 highly successful Mortgage Teams as a Client Care Specialist for over 8 years where I was pleased to be a contributor to help make a countless number of client’s mortgage experience easier and successful. 

 

I then moved on to a compliance role at a mortgage brokerage that brought me the experience with respect to the legal side of mortgage lending. There I spent 9 years auditing files to ensure strict compliance to FSCO guidelines. While this learning experience was invaluable and helped to round out my career, I realized my passion was with working with clients. That led me to the decision to go back to my roots; engaging, counselling and facilitating an informed and comfortable mortgage experience.

 

Life is full of challenges, balancing acts, the addition of roles (financier, accountant, life scheduler, guidance counsellor, care giver and bread winner) and generally very busy, as a mother of three myself I understand!

 

Getting a mortgage that will secure the goal of home ownership. can be a scary and daunting experience for some. As my client I will ensure that you will receive, as I work directly with your Lender on your behalf and counsel you through this process that I will be a positive factor in making the process understandable and, most importantly, easier.
